Data Deletion Instructions

If you connected your Facebook, Instagram or Threads account to Synchro and would like to delete your data, follow the steps below.

How to delete your data

1. Disconnect via Synchro: Log in to thesynchro.com/connections, find your Facebook, Instagram or Threads connection, and click Disconnect. This removes all stored tokens and account data from our database.
2. Remove app permissions on Facebook, Instagram or Threads: For Facebook, go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, find Synchro, and click Remove. For Instagram and Threads, open your Instagram settings → Apps and websites, find Synchro, and remove it.
3. Email us: If you want us to manually verify and confirm deletion, email us at electromenn@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. We will respond within 30 days.

What data we store

When you connect a Facebook, Instagram or Threads account, Synchro stores:

• Facebook: your Page ID and name
• Instagram and Threads: your account ID and username
• An access token (stored encrypted) used to publish content on your behalf
• Your profile avatar URL

We do not store your personal profile data, friends list, or any other information from these platforms beyond what is listed above.
