Data Deletion Instructions

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Synchro and would like to delete your data, follow the steps below.
How to delete your data
- Disconnect via Synchro: Log in to thesynchro.com/connections, find your Facebook or Instagram connection, and click Disconnect. This removes all stored tokens and account data from our database.
- Remove app permissions via Facebook: Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, find Synchro, and click Remove.
- Email us: If you want us to manually verify and confirm deletion, email us at synchro.support@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. We will respond within 30 days.
What data we store
When you connect a Facebook or Instagram account, Synchro stores:
- Your Facebook Page ID and name
- A page access token used to publish content on your behalf
- Your profile avatar URL
We do not store your personal Facebook profile data, friends list, or any other information.
